£1.5M NVH Solution Contract Awarded
Ramsay secure £1.5M NVH solution contract, with one of Europe’s leading automotive suppliers.
The project has been in development for just over a year. With the customer experiencing on-going anti-rattle issues with their bracket application, they contacted Ramsay to support with a high performance NVH solution. After numerous application testing, semi closed cell Nitto provided the optimum solution under low compression for the irregular surfaces on the bracket. Samples have now been approved and the start of production is scheduled to start early 2019 spanning over a five-year period. Ramsay will manufacture four variants of NVH product, accumulating to over 100,000 NVH solution products supplied every month.
