Silicone rubber has a fine cellular structure encased within a smooth closed cell outer skin. The cell structure provides fire resistance even against a naked flame.
Additionally, our silicone rubber products produce a greatly reduced amount of smoke and carry a low toxicity rating and can be used across a wide range of applications and is mainly used to act as a watertight seal. Silicone rubber has a shore hardness 30°- 80° and consists of a smooth finish on both sides.
