Neoprene Sponge
Neoprene Sponge can be used across a wide range of applications and is mainly used to act as a water tight seal.
It is extremely oil and chemical resistant, providing a superior seal compared to a lot of other closed-cell materials. Neoprene Sponge also does not physically degrade at high or low temperatures. As a result, it hardens ensuring that the seal is still air and water tight while under compression. At Ramsay we stock Neoprene Sponge buns. We also stock a variety of specialist grades, such as fire rated (FR) and firm grades, that offer a high density, for more rigorous applications.
Ramsay supply a wide range of plain or adhesive backed Neoprene foamDie Cut Gaskets, Foam Tapes and Fabrication & Assembly. A majority of our Neoprene foam products are supplied to engineering and marine industries. This is due to Neoprene’s material properties and range of solutions it provides for some of the most rigorous conditions.

In partnership with our supply partners Nitto, Recticel, Armacell, Sekisui, Avery Dennison, 3M and Zotefoams we are able to offer a wide range of high performance sponge, foams, fabrics and rubber materials. Consequently this enables us to achieve customer specification and manufacture high-quality products.
