EPDM Sponge

EPDM Sponge is an excellent sealing and insulation material.

Due to its soft closed cell structure it absorbs sound effectively offering an excellent NVH and acoustic solution. EPDM Sponge is also resistant to moisture ingress and chemical inflicted degradation ensuring good sealing properties. It also is exceptionally lightweight, self extinguishing and has excellent acoustic characteristics. At Ramsay we stock EPDM rolls. Ramsay supply a wide range of plain or adhesive backed EPDM Sponge Die Cut Gaskets, Foam Tapes and Fabrication & Assembly. A majority of our EPDM Sponge products are supplied to Engineering, Automotive and Mass Transit industries, this is due to EPDM Sponge’s material properties and the flexibility of solutions it provides, in relation to acoustic, thermal and sealing properties.
