PVC foam washers are lightweight with good mechanical and insulation characteristics. A mixture of Polyvinyl chloride and polyuria ensures an excellent open cell structure. Ramsay Rubber are a leading UK manufacturer of PVC foam washers, supplying sealing solutions worldwide.
With full conversion capabilities, from material slitting, adhesive laminating, die cutting, CNC machining, fabrication and assembly. We can offer a variety of customer specific PVC foam washers, in a wide range of shapes, sizes, thicknesses and densities. All our PVC foam washers are manufactured at our site in Bilston, based in the West Midlands.

Due to our material slitting capabilities, we can offer our customers a range of PVC foam washer thicknesses. We also stock a wide range of acrylic and synthetic rubber tapes, which enables us to manufacture self-adhesive PVC foam washer products, custom-made for bespoke applications. Manufacturing single or double-sided adhesive washers.

We have the capability to manufacture PVC foam washers kiss-cut on a roll, for ease of assembly. This ensures maximum utilisation of material and effective waste removal; we also provide PVC foam washer assembly if required.
1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm up to 15mm thickness.
PVC Foam Washer Material
PVC foam washers are highly resistant to moisture and some chemicals exposure for indoor and outdoor applications. It acts extremely well as a seal as it is resistant to the damaging effects of rain, wind, and sunlight. Due to these factors, this material is perfect for everyday applications.
